The Two Creeks neighborhood, located in the northeast section of the City of Lakewood, is one of the most diverse sections of the City in terms of social, economic and physical conditions. The Two Creeks area is made up of several neighborhoods. The northeast portion around Colfax Ave. and Sheridan Blvd. is generally referred to as “Mountair.” The area east of Lakewood Country Club and south of 11th Ave. is referred to as “Molholm.” We of the country club and south of 10th Ave. is “Green Acres.” The northwest section, west of Pierce and north of 10th Ave. is often referred to as St. Bernadette’s.
