Two Creeks is the oldest neighborhood in Lakewood. The Two Creeks Neighborhood Organization was the first registered neighborhood organization established in Lakewood as well.
The purpose of the Two Creeks Neighborhood Organization (TCNO) is to work for the betterment of the neighborhood and to aid, assist, represent and advance the interest of the residents of our area (6th Ave. to Colfax Ave. and Sheridan Blvd. to Wadsworth Blvd).
The Two Creeks Neighborhood Organization strives to maintain a neighborhood which represents a positive community oriented atmosphere based upon building and maintaining a healthy image.
The Two Creeks Neighborhood Organization encourages a sense of community pride, provides a positive influence for citizens, strives to protect the neighborhood environment from negative impacts and encourages more public open space.

22nd Annual Holiday Lighting Contest
Plans are well underway for the Two Creeks Annual Holiday Lighting Contest! In the last 21 years neighbors within the boundaries of Colfax and Sixth Avenue and Sheridan and Wadsworth Blvd. have enjoyed competing for a chance to win a prize and have their home recognized by the Two Creeks Neighborhood Organization. Sponsors donating prizes last year included Ace Hardware, Big Daddy’s Pizza, Celestial Hair Design, Chicago Style Beef and Dogs, Dominos, Gene’s Pure Colorado, Lakewood Arts Council, Lakewood Country Club, Lakewood Cultural Center, Lechuga’s Italian Restaurant, The Home Depot, O’Toole’s Garden Center, Paciugo Gelato and Caffe, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Petworld, Planet Fitness, Starbucks, and The Edge Theater.
The categories are Simple, up to 25% of property covered in lights and decorations; Complex, 25%-50% of property covered; Extreme, 75% or more covered; Combined Effort, two or more households combine creative efforts in light decoration; and Counselor’s Choice. You may print an entry form from our website and mail it to Holiday Lighting Contest, 810 Benton Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80214 or you may email your name, category you’re entering, physical address, email address and phone number to Chris Boyd at email@example.com. Entries must be received by Tuesday, December 19th. Judging will take place December 20th, 2017. Please make sure to have your lights on from 5:00 p.m. to at least 9:00 p.m. Put these dates on your calendars and start making plans for YOUR winning entry!
